Its not what that says at all. We all knew they were operating on next to nothing until now. I mean, if you are waiting for years to get an EIS approved, with no real source of income, what do you expect. Atleast there is a real possible solution as opposed to what has been happening.
Though what I don't understand was that exit package given when there was no incoming, income.
