Well well well...............it would seem that there might be a clash of cultures between the original directors and the new directors! Up until this point the combined board seemed to making a good job of - a pretty difficult task - namely to combine their worn out Argentine assets with the unlistable (in their own right!) Tanzanian assets! The Argentine assets look to have been dealt off - so I suspect there may be problems with the Tanzanian assets and their directors. Hopefully they can sort out any differences prior to having to potentially destroy all that they have been collectively working towards together by going to a meeting!
