The original statement from WPG was that they were withholding payment from Pybar,,, it was not an issue of not having the funds....... this would have been confirmed way back in the Negotiating Stage... 6000 ounces last month doesn't sound like the well is dry to me,,, a couple more metres in and you could be in the 10,000 ounce category ,,,,they are in talks with interested parties .... for $30m you could put it on Craigs List, plenty of Chinese Buyers ,,, will moth ball it for a decade, no skin off their nose.....
