CCZ would remain in suspension until the regulator makes a decision. I suspect this will be after the state election on March 23. The decisions could range from all fixed resume operations, to a fine and resume operations, to loss of licence. Given the uncertainty in the result a suspension from trading is appropriate. If CCZ was trading they would be smashed and the worst outcome priced in IMO, (ie cancellation of Cangai licences).
I am mildly encouraged that there has been no decision yet. The longer the delay the less likely that the licences will be cancelled??
