Last Friday NSW went into caretaker mode until after the election on March 23. This may be used as an excuse by the regulator to not do anything?
Hopefully Noble are not scared off by NSW government and local protesters. If I was in Noble's position I would use the situation to demand a much better deal for Cangai.
I expect another 2 week extension to the suspension on Monday.
