Keyhole, I think we all get it. I was in Oz Minerals when it was hit with dubious activities.  A resultant class action provided relief for some.  It was not easy at the time.  It did not go under.  Time will tell.  I am certainly annoyed by the lack of oversight of their operations on face value and feel they deserve investigation by authorities to establish the facts.  We may indeed find out why this occurred and who is accountable if authorities are looking into it.  Could this be the reason for a lack of public information...

In the meantime I have to sit and wait like all of us who at this point in time are powerless to get information.  The fact that copper is rising is greater relief than if it was falling.  

If licences are issued, (which is in the hands of the authorities), then IMO we will see it as a setback and given the prospects of copper in the near term, then if there are circling sharks they will have to pay more.  If there is a capital raising to facilitate the sale of the stockpiles and conduct further drilling, then a price rise is likely.  It may offer an opportunity to get out or it may offer an opportunity to increase value for shareholders.  Time will tell.
