Further to this, I am concerned that the tenements are held by two propriety limited co's. In the event that delisting happens, will we be watching these private co's take off, after having used our money to establish a resource. There are lots of disturbing indicators......... like where is the the 3d model of the down hole survey???? 

(Listing Rule 3.1 requires an entity to disclose information11 “concerning it” that “a reasonable person would expectto have a material effect on the price or value12 of the entity’s securities”. )

Was it that bad that they don't want to publish....... or was it that good that they have a more insidious plan in place. (and don't want to release)
Either way, They have little regard for the rules. (see above) also  (e.g: drilling 5 boreholes without approval)

One thing is for sure, they desperately need to come up with some good news to improve market sentiment and establish some credibility
