Everything rests on the Noble MOU now. The company have destroyed any chance at another cap raise any time soon. The last investors will feel incredibly burned, retailers weren't interested and ultimately were excluded when the raise was cancelled. The last 3 months the company has had its Cangai exploration licenses suspended and has been doing precious little that I can see. The six months prior to that managed to drill 15 holes, obtain a diamond core or two and flick a bit of DHEM around.

What kind of idiots would invest in this company?

So unless the four or five geniuses running this company can get Noble on board in the next few months then delisting becomes a near certainty.
