When CCZ have established the tonnes, grades and metallurgy of the stockpiles then Noble might have to do something but only if it can be shown that there is money to be made from the stockpiles.

gold  - not worth a cracker - McDonough's Portal dump assays in parts per billion - release of 28-03-18
zinc  - worth a po-ha - 0.2% Zn in stockpile = $6 / t but probably not worth a cracker in con - attracts a penalty in copper con
silver - worth a tom thumb or perhaps a po-ha - 6 g/t in stockpile = $4 / t, if con grade is greater than 30 g/t, then payment is for the balance.



NSR of ore approximately 50% of in-situ value less reclaim, rehab, admin, transport and treatment costs.
