Reading comprehension deficit disorder.....I tried to get in on the placement and was turned away. Overseas large existing holders only - no details given ands no retail offer. A cursory look at the register says funding isn't from the big institutions isn't an issue. OK for some I guess although I can still buy in the market at what is likely the same price.
