As long as it’s an exciting/promising business then you would expect a nice market response at this market cap.

Assuming it is a solid business and it's not more fluff it then all comes down to the terms of the acquisition.  For example, if they get it for nothing, then it should impact positively on the share price.  If they have to pay $100mill or 10bill shares for it, it will impact negatively.  Can't make valid judgement until we see what it is and the terms.
