Rude if you say so but far from illegal as you queried. Happens all the time. If this is really causing you so much grief this end of the market is probably not for you. I spent 2 months recently in a company in suspension whilst it did due diligence on a potential acquisition, no announcements whatsoever during the suspension and they came back and said they are not continuing with the acquisition without any meaningful reason. How would you handle that scenario?
