they were forced to call a TH earlier than planned due to trading patterns on previous day suggesting insider info.
It's never bothered them before. Here's one for ya. They need to raise some cash for the acquisition and were so happy with the current pumped up share price on succinctly placed rumours that they asked for a suspension to stop it being manipulated down.
