Oh dear, two new claims have commenced proceedings. Roc-Drill is the drill and blast contractor chasing money from Oz Mining and CDU.
The other doing the same is ERAOH Holdings which I assume is Andy Hoare (ERAOH backwards) from Andys Earthmovers? Presumably they subcontracted the gear to Oz Mining? I bet he is regretting ever getting involved with this dog.
I wonder how much has been, and will be blown on solicitors !?!?!?
