    How long does the ASX allows CDU to play the fiddle while Rome is burning to the ground.?

    That is what you reference to Section 17.2 states.

    Scroll down to 17.2 everyone, and read what it says, you'll be surprised.

    IMHO, it doesn't specifically say that they are allowed indefinitely to stay in suspension.
