Indonesians don't pay their bills (seen it before with other asx companies) and money never filters through to the community anyway because it passes through too many indonesian official's hands on the way. There is nothing left by the time it reaches the community and commonfolk whom it was intended to benefit. Having lived there myself, the Indonesian folk know this better than anyone and all they can do is sigh and shrug because corruption is just a fact of life. Indonesians dismay at this but how does one change an entrenched cultural tide?
