My best guess is Tamarind sells enough shares off market to  the same Malaysian company they sold to previously to accommodate the options .
Put them in safe and friendly hands so to speak .
It will be interesting to see what happens .

We should not trivialise the effect of the Indonesian  claim .
It will have to be accounted for some way or the other in the Accounts even if it is only contingent .
It certainly has come out of left field and is a distraction when there are multiple other matters on the go at the moment .
