Pumper, lol. different people play different games. Daisy put it best. TEG is in the fortunate position of not having any more business there, so other than the $1M they are owed, they got no other ties with Indo, so they can drag their feet and play hard ball. 
I remember being told a story by a metal fabricator. He'd won a contract to supply welded hollow piles to a firm in Indo. The ship transporting the piles left port, travelled all the way up to Indo.  A few days away from destination port, it gets hijacked. Cargo disappears. Fabricator is apologetic to the client, prostrates themselves in front of client, offers replacement cargo, but it will take another three months he says.  Client responds and says, don't worry, I don't need it any more.  My mate said, next time he sent things that way, he had private armed guards on the ship.  Shoot first, ask questions later. Its how they now play the game. 
It still has me beat why the market is not appreciating this stock. Im one of these hoarder types and this is no good for me. The longer it stays down, the more I accumulate.
