Request for Extension of Voluntary Suspension

Buddy Platform Limited (“Company”) (ASX: BUD) refers to its request for voluntary suspension on 31 January 2019.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests a further extension of the voluntary suspension, effective immediately, and provides the following information:

• the Company makes the request pending the release of an announcement in relation to a proposed acquisition and associated capital raising;
• the voluntary suspension is to last until the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 6 February 2019 or upon the release of an announcement in relation to a proposed acquisition and associated capital raising;
• the Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted; and
• the Company confirms that it is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
