Yep that is my main point in question. Just touching on this again. It isn't misleading if the information is genuinely known and there is surely a time frame given to them! So then this should be provided. If it isn't received back at the latest expected date then provide promptly a genuine update again and reasons in simple clear terms. Not many shareholders including myself would have an issue with this we know that just because a time frame has been set it will be there. But give information that is relevant like this to shareholders, if (and I don't believe this is the case nor should it be) they don't have any idea then state this as well. This is not misleading. What can be misleading is stating as quoted "Tyranna eyes near term gold production for Eureka..." or " ... it is expected haulage costs will not be prohibitive.."
What is near term to you, me or anyone else is the old how long is a piece of string. I have read every announcement from TYX since they began this journey and they have been very poor. Attention to detail is vital especially when a small cap asx that only receives funds through investors. Given they are now in such a terrible position I think my points are valid and that's why I am bothering to comment. MD needs to start providing information loud and clear for better or worse.
