no that's not correct, they are completely different companies.
CBS are excluding their own debt from the figure but it isn't a real debt, it is for programming to the end of their contract.
Same with Fox (owned by Murdoch), the debt is for future contract, if they walk now they only get 3.6m, if they continue providing content into the future they will get closer to the 200m+ they are claiming
