If there was nothing untoward about it, they would say that and say what part of the constitution was changed, to what effect.
But nothing has been said about why, where or what.
Read two 35 page documents side by side and compare every word !
To be honest I think the change could be a bit sticky. Could be anything from allowing consolidation without a vote or changing from and to certain classes of shares....something that will save the company but not necessarily the shareholders....
If it isn't, why not say so. i.e. which part of the constitution was changed.
