To the best of OUR knowledge there is only one optimistic offer from Sunstar @ $0.28.

Details per AHRs announcement dated 12 Jan.
The formal offer was recd on 14 Feb.
The earliest the bidder statement can be mailed to the shareholders is 1 March.
Offer period commences 15Feb. I ASSUME ASSUME we can accept the offer?????
Latest date for AHRs to despatch target statement to shareholders. (March 15)

Per AHRs announcement dated 12 Jan earliest offer can close is 45days from 14Feb or March 31
Sunstars offer Announcement dated 14Feb states Offer Closes 23 March. (Unless Extended.)
Therefore we have conflicting offer closure dates.

The bottom line is we are waiting for AHR update the market on recommendations.

Please note AHR has employed takeover experts and frustrating for shareholders they will be trying to achieve the bust outcome.
The Bidder statement has the form attached for shareholders to complete if they are prepared to accept $0.28.
As above the earliest it will be mailed out is 1 March but being fare with a closure date of 23 March (unless extended) I can not see AHR delaying much past March 1.

I would expect to see an AHR updates hopefully a better offer buy March 1.
