    re: Ann: Replacement Bidder's Statement -... I dont think the current sell side is a true reflection on what the SP will do.. most of those placements would be testing the the water I think.

    Seems odd that just before we get an announcement we have a strong Volume day.... then we go back to trickles after the announcements...
