We still have an offer of $0.28.
BUT WE HAVE CLEAR DATES.
Date of Offer 22 Feb 2011
Date of offer conditions notice 7.00pm 16 March.
Offer closes or withdrawn 23 March 2011.

My thoughts Comments Please DYOR.

1. I am expecting an announcement from AHR fundamentally saying do nothing. (Before 10.00 today)
2. We have till the 23 March (6 weeks to accept the offer).
3. We will receive the offer in the mail.
4. Gives the CSJ Group a formal template to increase or change the offer.
5. Defines the date of offer as 22 Feb 11.
6. Give another bidder the template to make an offer.
7. The first offer is rarely the last offer hence yesterdays trading.
8. We have the INDEPENDENT SCOPING STUDY as price negotiation tool.

The fun has begun.
My gut Note Gut feeling is we will get another offer.

Sit Back enjoy the frustrating time. But don?t forget thanks to the CSJ Group on paper our shares have doubled over the last few weeks and the market is aware of AHRs potential.
