    now all thats left to do is create some value!!

    121m shares at 25c is a $42m market cap or an enterprise value of $37m (which is nearly on a fully diluted basis)

    hard to believe given they have an iron ore project with a completed DFS and numourous interests in other assets

    there a shell companies trading at higher values than that
