I'm impressed by the deal.

RNE is now considered a serious player on the bioenergy scene in Australia, no two ways about it.

If we can also get RWIW into the AJ Bush project, the 70% purchase of the asset will fund our 30% contribution to the expanded proposed work there too. That will be quite a tidy outcome with RNE to provide engineering and project management services.

I'm also looking forward to further information about the other pipeline of potential projects they have alluded to.

The first SCA shopping centre seems to have been a huge success. 95% tenant uptake, 3 other projects almost complete. If we receive a similar sort of outcome from these 3 projects, we should be in a good position to have discussions with SCA about their other shopping centres. I believe they own 70? Though obviously some will be more suited to solar than others.

The revenue from the 4 SCA projects will also hit our accounts from next Qtr properly too.
