    Good points and I agree, AirBnB is not a risk to RNT... They're two quite separate services. I thought the agreement was more about possible synergies to value add to the proposition. You could use the AirBnB platform to stay a few nights at a prospective property before entering into a formal lease. Seems like a great idea. Night-time noise is a killer and hard to ascertain on a 15 minute inspection. Any referral fees are nice, but making the RNT experience personal and good is where all the value is.
