I have built a small position in this, despite the many issues it has had in the past. I think the company, whilst not technically undervalued, has very good business prospects and that the fundamental changes that have occurred with the new CEO will really cause a major improvement in the business over the next 12-18 months.

Great post. The only thing I'd query are your comments on valuation. A growth stock is never going to look cheap, except in hindsight. Considering the market cap is less than $20m with $7m of cash, I think the share price considerably under estimates the growth potential. In fact, not just potential, but reality, as 50,000 users of Rent Resume in just a few months clearly shows.
