So 1m shares held will possibly be 20,000 post consolidation
Which means if you pay .006c for 1m shares today ($6000), post consolidation your 1m shares will be 20,000 shares and the value on a 1 for 1 basis would be 20 each or $4000 total.
That being said, the market may revalue the stock at that point with $10m less costs in bank, clear strategy, new board etc etc etc.
I will assume no-one bar the holders of the RENT stock will participate in the takeover (shares) so there will be no way to buy any at all, so now may be the only opportunity, as I will also assume the large holders of current RENT stock may be put under escrow conditions for 12 months, stopping any major selling once relisted.
