The agreement was for SLT to issue 1.784 bil shares to RENT regardless of the sp, coupled with the 324 mil existing SLT shares the total shares on issue after the acquisition will be 2.109 bil. The effect will be that current SLT holders will be diluted to about 15% of the entire holdings of the new entity. So if you want to be a holder of RENT buying in now or after the relisting won't affect your % holdings at all. My guess is that at current sp the mc after relisting will be around $12 mil not including the proposed cr after consolidation. That's why I believe buying in now represents outstanding value for a business with the potentials of RENT. My belief is that RENT at this current stage should be valued closer to $50 mil or current sp of 2c+, so plenty of upside from where we stand. Obviously if the current sp runs to 1c then the resultant mc will be $21mil.
