    Yep, they will assess the over subscription by regular holders and pull back their own allocation accordingly. Remember a shareholder with 250k shares can only purchase a guaranteed $1667 worth of shares. I assume many holders will be piling in for 5-10x their allocation which would about match what a SPP would offer to them. Imo xoxo
