EFS property sold to EnSightIV Energy Partners LLC which was disclosed in the Half Yearly. Have to wait for AR to fiind out who bought Mississippi properties.

Sorry to say, forewarned that the next tranche was unlikely to be funded by Magna....per the prospectus.

I don't understand why anyone would underwrite this? How many spin cycles does this rinse and repeat washing machine have.
