if they sack the board then i might consider taking them up. but all this shows me is how little respect they have for shareholders by pandering on their knees to WHSP, allowing them to lower their average significantly and retain fee's for the placement through their own brokerage firm. this once was a semi respectable company, now they have lost all credibility and its no wonder they havent been able to JV with anyone, this clearly demonstrates their abilities.
