The biggest indicator of all that those in the driver's seat...

The biggest indicator of all that those in the driver's seat could be 'mining for wages..' If they're not going to commit their own 'not so hard earned' to the company.....why should we pour in more of our's ?? Haven't we seen this pattern unfold SO many times ? If the directors are reading this (like they care anyway)....how about making some on-market purchases that indicate they you actually believe in your own vision for the company ???
