Does anyone at RUM understand simple maths ? Or a fair and reasonable offer ?
RUM wants $11.56 million to go forward with their plans. Fine and Fair enough!
They make an offer to all shareholders not just some "SOPHISTICATED INVESTOR". Fine and Fair enough !
They offer 3 for 2 at .02c WTF ! NOT FINE !
Yes an extra 578 million shares (more than doubling our share register) at a 54% odd discount to current pricing average of .044c to raise $11.56 million.
Now if you take your calculator and multiply 385.5 million (the current number of shares on our register) and multiply it by .03c you will get $11.56 million. The exact amount of money that it appears RUM requires to go forward with their plans. This is a simple 1 for 1 offer.
It will raise the $ required. It will only increase OUR share register to 771 million shares NOT 963 million that the 3 for 2 offer is going to do and the discount will still be a massive 33% off the current average of .044c. If that's not good enough to get SH to take up the offer nothing will.
If all the glossy presentations are to be believed, Why are we GIVING THE FARM AWAY to raise capital at fire sale prices.
I'm sure that a 1 for 1 offer at .03c would have been Fine and Fair enough for ALL shareholders but just maybe, this is not about ALL shareholders.
That seems to be a common thread with a number of my other holdings at the moment.
JMHO.
