Oh so true FRB....just look at the share price as exhibit number one......management knows best (how to squander money that is.) I guess we've all seen the slow decline but to experience such a wanton disregard for SH value...this just takes the cake ! To discount a microscopic SP by a further 50% and throw in such a burgeoning dilution as well......it's like being hit by a bus then run over by a steam roller. Shouldn't management have taken a 70% pay cut before this act of fiscal buffoonery ? I mean.....money isn't important when you make such decisions is it ? Oh yeah.....that's right...silly mean....THEIR MONEY is more important than SHAREHOLDER's money isn't it and why would they penalise themselves ????????????????
