sadly guys what ever complaint you make to the asx will not give a stuff and will say is a asic matter ( if there is something of worth ) the love to pass the buck and not deal with the issue at heart.
as they are gutlss to make a stand and stop the rot.
doing research on directors is extremely important, not just the projects the company may have , even rand and tribune are basically 1 and the same and can see why there is 2 companies , except of course extra director fees!
