Having not followed this company very closely the following may be incorrect, however I suspect there is a 99% chance it is on the money.
From a legal perspective the current rights issue is above board, from a moral perspective it is nothing short of criminal. The directors should be held to account for the mess the have directed overand I would hope the major shareholders have the guts to sort the company out.
Isn't this from the same stable as ODN?? Which other companys operate under the same core of directors?? ODN + KOG are both accomplished destroyer's of wealth having crashed around 95% from issue.
I feel for shareholders. Cheers
