I will be seeking list of shareholders from BoD which they are required to provide and then we will seek if we can get a class action going against the directors - the director have insurance. Need to do some further investigations though. My earlier research indicates that the company which took Latin Gold from IGS was involved in some way back in 2008 to 2009 and TS was the director at the time. Must have been something in the deal that came back and bit IGS.
