Given my personal experience dealing with apparently successful companies, not ASX, but in business, it is surprisingly normal for them to be run by wide eyed incompetent but enthusiastic people who rush in where angels fear to tread. It's almost typical. I can't be sure whether we're dealing with straight out rogues here or what I described above. Certainly the AGM that myself and Micheal27 attended had some of the most guilty looking people I've ever seen sitting at the board table. That lot were rogues, but since then I think it may just be garden variety incompetence.
