In my opinion you can't claim any loss until an administrator puts out a declaration that the company has no value. I've had them in the past and it is not a quick process.If it ever eventuates you should be notified as a shareholder. I'm down around $30k and saw the company announcements as "true" when there seems to be very little of that involved. Now the BOD seems to all be back hiding under a rock.
