It seems that there is a lot more to this story than just a company going down... CMY loaned CHP (who imo are the shonkiest Company on the ASX)..
..amounts if $1.9 m 2016
and $1.7 in 2017..
WHY?... for unspecified consulting fees.. What did Chapmans do with the money and who/why did they pay?
..It seems that the Directors of CHP have a case to answer..definitely with Asic and or legally.. .
Let see what Asic does and if we can sue the directors.
