Keep it ? The tenement ownership rights had lapsed and there has been no update from San Luis Mining department regarding transfer of ownership.
Its in the best interest of Everblu to stump up the money and return the shares issued if they are to continue as a going concern IMO, really its a small price to pay in the bigger scheme of the business they're in.
