I agree with your post, although, so far, a great outcome but i feel we’re not totally out of the woods yet. Only spiderwebs have been cleaned, haven’t unscrambled eggs yet...remember, all parties need to agree to the proposal . I don’t think $300,000 per year for BODs is a large sum of money if they produce timeframes, targets and results for shareholders.
Most SHs would be happy to triple that sum pending on results.
