Thesardoz..
The results are somewhat spectacular..
The delivery of these final numbers was very poor..
The title of the announcement was poor..
Effectively mwilu is as good as kamilombe.. same type of numbers in terms of contained cobalt equivalent..
Mwilu is obviously higher tonnage due to the lower grade in syncline wider flatter area.. but looks geologically very very simple and straight forward.. they just need to drill in 200 to 300m intervals along strike to confirm it goes out along the 2km length.. then they could have an inferred resource from that..
However no need for that just yet.. just prove that the 19m width at 0.33% cobalt from surface extends for some 300m by drilling a series of two parallel lines.. one hitting the steep target at 5m depth and the nxt drill line hitting it at 10m depth.. do that every 30m or so..
Meaning 10drills every 30m along strike down to 5m depth and 10drills every 30m along strike down to 10m depth.. meaning 20 drills at average 7.5m depth.. quick job.. cheap job..
Result.. 300m strike length × 10m depth × 20m mineralised width × 2.8 specificgravity @ 0.3% cobalt =circa 500tonnes cobalt.. worth 40mill aud in revenue.. so they do this drill program then start digging a 300m long by 25 to 30m wide openpit that goes down steplike steeply to 10m depth...
How long would the pit take ? Can be done in half a yr to one yr ?? Probably )
One would expect they could get 15mill aud freecashflow from it...
Do a similar one on kamilombe.. both together giving 30mill freecashflow...
With the money drill out both tenements to prove the resources for 200 to 300k tonnes.. etcetc..
I see noone on asx nor aim markets with such good cobalt ground )
