Very well say in this article about the deal. I just couldn't understand what is the purpose of having those "independent" people's opinion when they are very obviously not independent at all. Especially the point about paying over 1 billion for a business that could disappear in 90 days. The experts recommend that this is actually a good deal for minority shareholders is just beyond me.
