Founder Shares 920,000,000 shares , 920,000,000 escrowed for 24 months commencing from date of quotation , money supplied by Seed capitalists and related parties.

Directors held around 28% of the above at ipo and no director changes since i believe. Not sure if directors were part of the pre ipo placement which forms this 36,834,413 escrowed shares recently released. We should see a change of directors holdings if they are selling some of these escrowed shares anyhow.

Still is this company growing fast enough to justify the 500m market value , recent half year data doesn't give me an incentive to buy yet , revenue of AU$10,995,823 , profit after tax AU$1,043,254 .
