I believe that it's a tightly held CR . Considering soon to be listed 1 : 1 Free attached options with CR , SP still is above 3c which is brilliant .In most CRs with similar terms .. people sell heads and keep options and some might did the same in SL1 which is very normal .

SL1 at current price reminds me of KFE early last year .. being in nigeria , many investors ignored KFE at 3c .. once news started coming ...story became real and SP jumped 7 times in next 6 months .. And that is what going to happen to SL1 IMO
