If my calculations are correct, CHN trades at $65 per EV/oz. Given the ASX listed average is $100/oz, CHN looks very attractive relative to its peers.
In addition, many of the companies valued sub $100/oz are very early stage explorers, low grade and/or high cost resources.
Exploration potential appears no worse than peers and CHN are not trying to milk a tired asset like many others. Sovereign risk is no greater than CHN's African peers.
Looks very interesting, even if the bottom is not in yet.
